How to choose material of bag

• Disposable promotional bags: PP nonwoven, lightweight canvas
• Reusable & UV-resistant for outdoor use: Polyester / RPET (Oxford fabric)
• High abrasion & soft handfeel: Nylon
• Vintage & nice printing: Canvas
• Unique paper touch eco style: Washable kraft paper / Tyvek
• Budget PU for cosmetic & gift bags; microfiber leather for premium orders

1. Usage scenario
    
   If it is a one-time promotional gift bag, PP nonwoven is the most cost-effective.
    
   For outdoor long-time use, polyester is preferred for good UV resistance.
    
   For high-end backpacks needing excellent abrasion resistance, nylon is a better choice.

   PP nonwoven < Polyester < Canvas < Nylon < Microfiber / Genuine leather
3. Waterproof requirement
    
   We can add PU coating or DWR water repellent finish on fabric.
4. Eco request
    
   We supply RPET (GRS recycled polyester), PLA biodegradable nonwoven, washable kraft paper and Tyvek for eco-friendly orders.

Important reminder: Nylon has great abrasion resistance but is not suitable for long-term sun exposure, it will become brittle under UV.
